Ashnil Aruba Lodge is one of the best lodges in the heart of Tsavo East National Park in Kenya. Its location is superb, Ashnil Aruba Lodge is 2 hours drive from the coast of Mombasa and 5 hours drive from Nairobi.

Ashnil Aruba Lodge is on the banks of Aruba Dam, built-in 1952 as a sport fishing recreational point in the park. The several watering holes nearby attract wildlife and spotting animals. This is easy because the park lies flat with Savannah grassland.

There are a total of 40 deluxe en-suite rooms in the lodge. They have 8 interconnecting doors, 4 triple rooms with one interconnecting room, 6 luxury tents and 2 rooms suited for disabled persons.

Aruba Lodge is 30 kilometers from the Voi Gate and 40 kilometers from the Buchuma Gate. It is about 2 hours drive from Mombasa and when driving from Nairobi the lodge is – 400 km from Nairobi about 4 -5 hrs Drive.

RESTAURANT & DINING
The open sitting restaurant located in the main building overlooks the dam at all angles and can sit a maximum of 150 guests.

LOUNGE BAR
The lounge is located in the main building away from the main dining area. The décor has an African touch that makes it a wonderful place to pass time and relax.

CONFERENCING
Ashnil Hotels has embraced the idea of conference facilities in all the three lodges/camps to compliment professionals whose line of duty demands conferencing events.

SOUVENIR SHOP
The souvenir shop stocks curios, African clothing, jewelry, and accessories as well as other basic items like toiletries, etc. It is open from 6.00 am – 10.00.

SWIMMING POOL
After your game drive, you can take a dip in our swimming pool or simply relax by the pool which overlooks the game park. This is the perfect place to relax and laze around in the calm afternoons.

BUSINESS SERVICE
E-mails, internet browsing, and general secretarial services are available at the reception.

INFIRMARY
We have a fully equipped clinic that caters for staff and guests. The nurse will provide assistance at a nominal fee and make a referral to a larger well-equipped hospital if need be.
