This 8-Day Kenya Safari Trip is designed to highlight the diversity of Kenya’s landscapes, wildlife, and culture in one immersive journey. Unlike quick fly-in safaris that only focus on one destination, this itinerary takes you from the dry rugged beauty of Samburu to the lush savannahs of the Maasai Mara, passing through two of Kenya’s most iconic conservation hubs — Ol Pejeta Conservancy and Lake Nakuru National Park. It balances comfort and adventure, making it one of the best Africa Safari Tours for travellers who want variety and memorable wildlife encounters while staying in mid-comfort lodges and camps.
On this trip, you will track the famous Big Five, but your journey does not stop there. In Samburu, you will discover the rare “Samburu Special Five” — the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, long-necked gerenuk, Beisa oryx, and Somali ostrich. In Ol Pejeta, you will come face-to-face with groundbreaking conservation, visiting the Chimpanzee Sanctuary and learning about the last two northern white rhinos on earth. Lake Nakuru dazzles with flamingos and rhinos, while the Maasai Mara delivers excellent game viewing and the thrilling drama of predator and prey.
